About us
I am a mum to four children aged from 5-12 years old. I developed some visuals for our family to help bring some stronger rhythms to our days and to take the stress out of the everyday mechanics of our home life. We have been using them for over 3 years and they've really helped to bring some order to our chaos.
Life by rhythms is a response to friends requesting a set for themselves to use in their own homes.
I worked with a local artist to take what we were using for our family and transform our visuals into illustrations that families would be happy to have on display in their homes. We now have a product that is practical and looks good.
Rhythms are created from regularly repeated movements. Healthy rhythms in our life create strong foundations for our families to flourish.
My hope is that by using these visuals, you too can create good rhythms in your own home that will strengthen your family foundations and see you flourish.
